Yes he is the hotness - I'm also addicted to Criminal Intent because of him and have rewatched seasons 1 thru 5 of the Mothership numerous times.
Curious though - arrogant arse how? As in totally into himself, Loud and annoying, a womanizer?

anon - all of the above, although i must forgive him the first time as he was just trying to have a smoke break outside Gore Vidal's Best Man (he starred in the bway production a few years back). we were both getting our nic fix outside the theater and he was literally swarmed by women once they realized who he was.
the other two times he was drunker than would-be pledges at a rush party. loud, sloppy, womanizing, boarish - you name it.

Even in that state the HOTNESS was still there though huh - Now that's impressive.
